Every soul is My eternal part

The living soul in this world of beings is an eternal fragment of Myself; it draws to itself the mind and the five senses that rest in nature.

ममैवांशो जीवलोके जीवभूतः सनातनः ।
मनःषष्ठानीन्द्रियाणि प्रकृतिस्थानि कर्षति ॥

mamaivāṃśo jīvaloke jīvabhūtaḥ sanātanaḥ .
manaḥṣaṣṭhānīndriyāṇi prakṛtisthāni karṣati ॥

We are all parts of God, as rays are part of the sun. Therefore every being carries divinity and has an eternal relationship with the Lord.

Life lesson: never think of yourself as small; you are a part of the Infinite.
